Welcome! I am Mr. Theo, a dedicated career counselor with over 23 years of experience in education, specializing in the Cambridge and International Baccalaureate (IBDP) curricula. My journey began with a Bachelors degree in Biological Science and a Masters in Environmental Science from the University of Cape Coast and the University of Science and Technology in Ghana. I furthered my education with a Masters degree in Public Health from the University of Essex and a Postgraduate Certificate in Education from the University of Derby in the UK.

Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of teaching students from diverse backgrounds across the globe, including Germany, Indonesia, China, Brazil, Oman, Portugal, and Japan. As an assistant examiner for the International Baccalaureate Organization (IBO) and a facilitator of various IB workshops, I have honed my skills in guiding students to align their personalities with fulfilling and successful careers.
